Reasoning engine for unstructured data

Every engagement begins with scattered knowledge: documents in SharePoint, voice notes in WhatsApp, processes in Word, configurations in SAP, email threads, workshop minutes. Reasonater turns that into a structured knowledge base in one week. It forms semantic clusters and shows where sources contradict each other or something is missing.

The effect is the same as it once was with numbers. Every drawer used to hold its own Excel sheet. Business intelligence was what turned those into a company-wide data base. Reasonater takes that step for unstructured knowledge.

Data capture where the work actually happens

Many consultancies can analyze. Where they fail is access to the data. Through WhatsApp, the medium every field worker already uses, reports, photos and voice notes are captured directly. The engine structures them automatically, classifies them by report type and makes them available as a reliable data base. That is how we see how the processes actually run, in ten languages. When we want to understand how a service technician works on site, an Excel extract only helps so far. The reality lies in what they experience and document, or fail to document. Conversational Operations collects this information where it arises.

Every AI call is logged append-only, with full-text prompt, response hash, model and risk class. Reproducibility is guaranteed, with a retrievable record for every statement. EU AI Act conformant.

Separation of audit trace and client view

Internally a full source trace including original language and domain vocabulary. In the client output only neutrally reformulated, industry-standard formatted content. Sensitive material is filtered out automatically.

Readiness engagement

6 weeks

One prioritized use case with a runnable pilot concept. Ideal for a first engagement in which you want to get to know our method.

Format 02

Concept engagement

8–16 weeks

Full analysis, target concept and architecture proposal for a clearly defined undertaking: HCM migration, carve-out or the introduction of field operations documentation.

Format 03

Delivery engagement

3–12 months

Support of the implementation, often as interim architecture lead or quality auditor. Volume depends on scope and duration.
